Show & Sale: October 4 – October 30, 2024 Bartlesville Community Center – Lyon Gallery
Opening Reception & Silent Auction ~ Friday, October 4 from 5 – 7 PM
Online & Mail-in Registration opens August 1 and closes at the end of day on September 15.
The show will be limited to the first 100 entries received.
Non-refundable entry fees:
BAA members: $30 per entry | Non-members: $35 per entry | Students 9 – 12 grade: Free
Artists are allowed up to 2 entries. All artwork must be for sale.
When entering the size, please list the Height FIRST and then the Width.
Also note the size limitation: two adjacent sides of 2D art (including frame) may not exceed 72 inches.
You must click the submit button to register your artwork afterwhich you’ll be redirected to the entry fee payment page.
BAA members: $30 per entry
Non-members: $35 per entry
Students 9 – 12 grade: Free
*Students – Even though your entry is FREE please click SUBMIT and fill out the form on the payment page. At the bottom of that page, use the pulldown menu and select the student option.
All online registrations must be submitted and mail-ins post marked by the end of the day on September 15. No late entries will be accepted.
Artwork drop off will be on Saturday, September 28, 11 am – 3 pm at the Lyon Gallery.

Check out Beck’s 3-day Oil Painting Workshop at the BAA October 1 -3. He’ll be passing along ideas and techniques he’s learned over his career and while he studied with Richard Schmid.
Silent Auction of artwork by local artist and donated goods by community merchants will take place from 5 – 6:30 PM at the opening reception Friday, October 4. Proceeds from our silent auction go to the BAA Scholarship and Tuition Assistance programs to further promote the arts in Bartlesville.
