November – Adults Fine Art Class

In this adult fine art class, Valerie will help you expand your artistic skills! Bring your own project and supplies with whatever media you are working with.

Sketching and painting is very cathartic and calming. It can help with anxiety, stress and even depression. It also boosts confidence and self-esteem. Art is also known to improve resilience, reasoning and even memory in older adults.

All skill levels welcome. The maximum number of students is 12 ensuring lots of personal attention.  Adults only.

BAA members and non-members welcome. Classes are held at the BAA Art Center, 217 S. Comanche Ave. @ Frank Phillips Blvd in the Comanche Center.
