W-2 Form for IRS

If BAA pays you more than $600 in one year we will ask you to please provide your SSN via this W-2 form [link]. Please drop it in the mail or at BAA during office hours.

Photos for Publicizing Your Class

To make your class a success, we need good quality, original photos. Please send 3 to 5 photos if possible. BAA needs permission to use the photos so they need to be YOUR photos, or you need permission from the copyright-holder. If you don’t have photos do not send generic photos from Google, contact us and we will work with you to find or make photos for your class.

Please Promote Your Class!!

• Send your own personal email to past students, fans, collectors, friends & family — and ask them to share.

• Post to your social media accounts.

• Make flyers to hand out.

• Send postcards to past students.

• BAA will help with publicity, too. Please help our efforts: like, comment on, and share the social media posts that BAA publishes about your class. We are big on Facebook and we do Instagram when we have time.
