Join instructor Amy Jenkins for an engaging watercolor workshop focused on the art of limited-palette painting. Using only Ultramarine Blue and Burnt Sienna, Amy will guide you through the process of creating a landscape scene inspired by Woolaroc. Through hands-on color mixing, value exploration, and the study of light and shadow, students of all experience levels will refine their skills in a supportive, collaborative setting.

Class size is limited to 15 students to ensure everyone receives personalized feedback and expert guidance tailored to their individual artistic growth. Join our close-knit community of artists to exchange ideas, spark your creativity, and sharpen your watercolor techniques. No prior experience is necessary—just come ready to have fun! A supply list will be provided, and all are welcome.

The class takes place at the BAA Art Center, located at 217 S. Comanche Ave. in the Comanche Center.

Supply list:

paint- Ultramarine blue and Burnt Sienna
Brushes- suggest 1” flat, #12 round, and #2 round or similar. 
Paper- suggest 8”x10” arches 140 lb cold press. Tape to board. 
Palette to mix paint
Bucket for water
Paper towels
Anything else you like to use.
