Jim Buchan began painting at age 10 – taking weekly lessons on Saturday mornings at Philbrook Art Center in Tulsa,OK. 

He enjoys teaching and painting – seeing artists invest their time and talents in watercolor. He is also president of Green County Watercolor Society.
