Artist Information: 

Signage for the event: Provide your own signage displaying your name, your medium, and any other relevant details about your art.Your signage should be visible to attendees and help them easily identify you and your work.

Sales Information: Please include information about how attendees can purchase your artwork (e.g., prices, payment methods, or how they can contact you).

Display Equipment: Bring any necessary display materials to showcase your work, including stands, easels, tables, table coverings, special lighting or any other setup equipment you may need.

Event Time: The Artwalk will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Plan for breakdown after the event ends.

Set-up Time: Contact your host location ahead of the event to arrange a set-up time on the day of the event. Be sure to coordinate with them to ensure everything is ready before the Artwalk begins. If you need assistance on the event day, please contact your host location for any last-minute questions or issues.

Promotion: Help us spread the word! Promote your participation in the event on social media. Share your excitement, your work, and any special plans for the evening using the hashtag #ArtwalkTheVille2026 and tagging the Bartlesville Art Association on Facebook.
